This Policy applies to end user consumers who have purchased merchandise through this website. This Policy does NOT apply if you purchased merchandise through one of our authorized independent dealer/retailers. You must contact that dealer/retailer directly and the return will be governed by that dealer/retailer’s return policy. At our discretion, we will accept the return of merchandise which is received in good resalable condition. This policy does NOT apply to merchandise in cases of modification, misuse, abuse, or causes beyond normal wear and tear.


We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible, from your first visit to our website, to receiving your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All merchandise, unless otherwise noted, carries a 30 day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee beginning the day you receive the merchandise. You may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days provided you receive a Return Authorization in the manner explained below. Merchandise must be received in our facility within 30 days from the date your merchandise was delivered to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1. Procedure to Return Merchandise.

You must request a prior authorization from us prior to returning merchandise. Please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for your return by calling our Customer Service Department Toll Free at 800.327.6548 Customer Service Extension #21

2. Returns

Yo may return your undamaged, unused merchandise purchased from us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund excluding freight, provided the merchandise is received by us at our facility within 30 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a proof of purchase; with the original or a copy of either a) the packing slip, b) your invoice, or c) your credit card statement indicating the purchase, together with the RGA INFORMATION FORM (see paragraph 9. below).

Note: Unauthorized returns without your assigned RA# will be refused. Returned merchandise must be received in undamaged and resalable condition.

3. Shipping to Our Facility

Please ship Merchandise prepaid to our facility at the address below. You are responsible for all shipping costs. We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise and issue final determination as to its condition. See requirements for an RGA INFORMATION FORM at paragraph 9. below. Ship your return to us using a shipper that will provide you with a traceable proof of delivery. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Credit For Returned Merchandise

Upon our receipt and inspection at our facility, credit will be issued based upon the invoiced price which you paid. Credit will not include freight. Merchandise will not be considered for return after 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise, or after 30 days from issuance of a Return Authorization number.

5. Prominent Display of RA#

All returns must have the Returned Authorization number prominently displayed on the package.

6. Defective Merchandise

We make every effort to inspect merchandise before it leaves our facility to insure quality. If by chance you receive merchandise that is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you excluding freight.

7. Merchandise Received Damaged In Shipment

We ship merchandise by United Parcel Service (UPS) whose services are very reliable. If you receive you merchandise in damaged condition, immediately notify us. You will be required to hold the merchandise for inspection while we make a claim to the carrier and until we are paid by the carrier for the damage claim.

8. Special Orders

Kleen Wheels In Color is considered Special Order merchandise. Our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to Kleen Wheels In Color. Returns will be accepted only for manufacturing defects.

9. Returned Merchandise Information Form

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a completed Returned Merchandise Information Form which is available by clicking here.

10. Credits

Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement.

11. Replacement Merchandise

In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, the original merchandise must be received by us. If you wish to receive the replacement merchandise before we receive the returned merchandise from you, it will be necessary to place a new order which must be paid before shipping. A charge will be placed on your credit and will be credited if and when the returned merchandise has been received and processed by us. Refunds will be issued by way of crediting the credit card you used for the original purchase transaction.
